GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices (roasted and ground)

Cooxupé has implemented GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices - in its roasted and ground coffee production processes, which are measures adopted for the correct handling of food, from raw materials to the final product, in order to guarantee consumer safety and integrity. They are made up of fundamental requirements ranging from physical installation, maintenance of equipment, rules on personal hygiene and cleanliness of the workplace and a description of the procedures involved in processing the product. Cooxupé does not have a specific certification for this, but it is already part of the other programs and certifications implemented, which are audited, including legal compliance, the main ones being, but not limited to, Resolution - RDC nº 275, of October 21, 2002 and MAPA Ordinance SDA nº 570, of May 9, 2022, which establishes the official classification standard for roasted coffee.
