PQC - Coffee Quality Program - ABIC
Cooxupé's roasting plant is certified by ABIC through the Coffee Quality Program (PQC), which ensures good manufacturing practices, product quality and purity. The program carries out sensory analyses and classifies coffees into different categories. Prima Qualità coffees were the first in Brazil to receive ABIC's Specialty Coffee certification, which takes into account sensory attributes, sustainability and traceability.
