  • Food Defense (Threat Analysis and Preventive Controls and preventing occurrences from an intentional / sabotage point of view)
  • Food Fraud (preventing economic fraud, adulteration of the product in order to make a profit).

 

FSSC 22000 is one of the most important food safety certifications in the world and, according to information from our certifier, Torrefação Cooxupé has become the fourth company in the world to have its SGSA certified.
