ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Cooxupé has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998, making it the first coffee cooperative in the world to obtain this certification. The scope covers the receipt, storage, classification, purchase, processing, sale and shipment of raw coffee at the Guaxupé, Monte Carmelo and Santos units. The certification focuses on the process approach, risk and opportunity assessment, traceability, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
