COOXUPÉ CARBON
Cooxupé is committed to sustainability and transparency, making progress in the management of its GHG emissions. its Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. Since 2019, we have been monitoring our environmental impacts on a biannual basis to drive continuous improvements. Since 2023, the inventory has been carried out annually. We won the Silver Seal of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program in 2023 and 2024, recognizing the publication of our complete greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories, with all Scope 1 and Scope 2 sources accounted for. The recognition reinforces the cooperative's commitment to transparency and climate management, following international benchmarks for measuring and disclosing corporate emissions.

- There are two projects underway, which include an inventory of the cooperative members' properties. Carbon Emissions Inventory - EMBRAPA and UNICAMP - Cooperative members (applications from 2024) Carbon Emissions Inventory - CeCafé and ESALQ (USP) The results of these projects allow Cooxupé to concentrate its efforts on alternatives that contribute to reducing emissions and sequestering carbon from the atmosphere, implementing even more sustainable practices on rural properties, providing full support to the cooperative members.
