GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices (raw coffee)
Cooxupé has implemented GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices - in its raw coffee bean processes, which are measures adopted for the correct handling of food, from raw materials to the final product, in order to guarantee consumer safety and integrity. They consist of fundamental requirements ranging from physical installation, maintenance of equipment, personal hygiene rules and cleanliness of the workplace and a description of the procedures involved in processing the product.
Cooxupé does not have a specific certification for this, but they are already part of the other programs and certifications implemented, which are audited, including legal compliance, the main one being, but not limited to, MAPA NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION No. 29 of June 8, 2011, relating to structure, technology, control and operational training and technical responsibility for supervision for each unit.
